At Home With Your 'Mr GreenJeans' Wizard !

 As an official amateur farmer, I annually reap more than 350 tomatoes (many exceeding 1/2 lbs!) from my garden of 12 Better Boy plants.

The warm climate and long growing season is a delight for home shrubbery with many of my neighbors and real estate clients asking for guidance to improve their home landscaping. Needless to say, my real estate customers enjoy the garden produce and shrubbery techniques along with courteous and skilled relocation expertise.

After surviving many years of less than desirable environmental  conditions in the northeast corridor, it has been a pleasure for body and spirit to reside in the Metro Atlanta community for the past decade.

The traditional genteel southern lifestyle abounds throughout the Atlanta Southern Crescent, where Dorothy and I made our home. Being involved in real estate for the last 7 years has allowed me to share the secrets of this lifestyle with others relocating to the area.

Since the golf season almost never ends here in Atlanta, I occasionally get to the 'greens' and take a 'wallop' at my handicap of 35/40 ..... my 'green thumb' obviously is more in tune with seeds and shrubs!

Daily real estate activities require traveling the highways of Coweta, Fayette, Clayton and Henry Counties where you may hear me using my Cobra LT 25 CB [handle-MaxBlue] to report local traffic issues.

A graduate engineer, BSEE/CS from Polytechnic Institute of NY [formerly PIB] along with 20+ years experience as a computer communications specialist honed my skills at finding unique solutions and creative proposals for individual needs, as well as fully embracing and sharing the latest cyber technologies to make REAL ESTATE relocation REAL EASY for both Buyer and Seller.
